I launched Equity Ridge because of a pressing need I saw in the marketplace. As bank lending has become more stringent, more clients faced financing challenges. That’s when I started speaking with private lenders. I found many provided competitive funding for borrowers OUTSIDE of the lending box of many traditional lenders and with similar terms and covenants. The lenders we have built into our core network are vetted, quality providers, and often have more knowledge of the industries they fund than their bank counterparts.
