Our Commitment to Client Confidentiality

Equity Ridge Financial is committed to protecting the identities of our clients in all public-facing communications, including testimonials, success stories, case studies, brand audit results, and any other content that references client outcomes. We believe that sharing real results is important for transparency, but never at the expense of a client's privacy.

How We Anonymize Client Information

All client testimonials, success stories, and case studies published on our website or in our marketing materials use anonymized identifiers. Specifically: • Client names are replaced with role and industry descriptors (e.g., "Restaurant Group Owner," "Trucking Company Owner") • Specific business names, LLC names, and company identifiers are never published without explicit written consent • City and state-level location data is generalized to state only (e.g., "Texas" instead of "Dallas, TX") • Any identifying details that could reasonably identify a specific individual or business are removed or generalized This policy applies to all content channels including our website, social media, email marketing, broker materials, and third-party publications.

Verified Results Program

While client identities are anonymized in public communications, the underlying results we publish are real and verifiable. Equity Ridge maintains a Verified Results program under which: • Supporting documentation (loan closing statements, funding confirmations, brand audit reports) is retained on file for each published result • A "Verified Result" designation indicates that documentation exists to support the stated outcome • Documentation is held securely and is never shared publicly • Clients may request removal of their anonymized result at any time by contacting us at info@EquityRidge.com The Verified Results program exists to give prospective clients confidence in our published outcomes while ensuring that no client's identity or business information is exposed without their consent.

Client Consent for Case Studies

In cases where a client wishes to be identified by name or business name in a published case study or testimonial, we obtain explicit written consent prior to publication. This consent specifies exactly what information will be published, where it will appear, and for how long. Clients may withdraw consent at any time, and we will remove identifying information within 30 days of receiving a withdrawal request.

Requesting Removal of Your Information

If you are a current or former client and believe your information appears in any of our public communications — even in anonymized form — and you wish to have it removed, please contact us at info@EquityRidge.com with the subject line "Testimonial Removal Request."
