Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Equity Ridge Financial's website and services. These Terms govern your use of our platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Equity Ridge Financial.
Important: Equity Ridge Financial is a loan broker, not a lender. We do not guarantee loan approval or funding. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
By accessing or using the Equity Ridge Financial website (equityridge.com) and any related services, tools, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, applicants, clients, brokers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Equity Ridge Financial is a commercial loan brokerage and financial consulting firm. Our Services include: • Loan matching and brokerage services connecting businesses with lenders • Funding Blueprint advisory services (complimentary and paid tiers) • Educational products including ebooks, courses, and workshops • Financial tools including loan calculators and rate comparison tools • Broker partner program and portal • Document management portal • Rate alerts and market insights
Equity Ridge Financial is a loan broker, not a lender. We do not make lending decisions, guarantee loan approval, or fund loans directly. All lending decisions are made by our lender partners based on their own underwriting criteria. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, terms, or approval of any financing.
Submitting an application or Funding Blueprint intake form does not guarantee that you will receive financing. Loan approval is subject to lender underwriting, credit review, and other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to match you with appropriate lenders but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Some features of our Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@EquityRidge.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Participation in the Equity Ridge Broker Partner Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any broker application at our sole discretion. Brokers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing loan brokerage in their jurisdiction.
Brokers agree to: represent Equity Ridge and its services accurately and honestly; not make guarantees of loan approval to clients; comply with all applicable federal and state laws including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and Fair Housing Act; maintain appropriate licenses where required by law; and protect the confidentiality of client information.
Broker commissions are paid according to the commission schedule in effect at the time of deal closing. Commission rates and structures are subject to change with 30 days notice. Commissions are earned upon successful loan funding and are subject to clawback if a loan is rescinded within 90 days of funding.
White-label portal and widget features are provided as-is. Brokers using white-label features are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and regulations. Equity Ridge retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying platform.
Paid Funding Blueprint services (Blueprint Lite at $395, Full Funding Blueprint at $995, and Premium Strategic Capital Plan starting at $2,500) are advisory services. Payment is processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid service, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
Funding Blueprint services are non-refundable once the advisory work has commenced. If you have paid but we have not yet begun work on your file, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting info@EquityRidge.com. Educational products (ebooks, courses) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Broker portal subscription tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
All content on our website and in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, tools, calculators, educational materials, and software, is the property of Equity Ridge Financial or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal or business financing purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
Broker resources (rate sheets, email templates, pitch decks, co-branded graphics) are licensed to active broker partners for use in their brokerage activities. These materials may not be shared with non-partners or used after termination of the broker relationship.
You agree not to: • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or form • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website • Use our Services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services • Use our broker tools or resources without an active broker agreement • Circumvent any security measures or access controls
The information provided through our Services, including Funding Blueprints, calculators, rate comparisons, and educational content, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EQUITY RIDGE FINANCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Equity Ridge Financial, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: your access to or use of our Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bozeman, Montana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Equity Ridge Financial regarding your use of our Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
